Who am I?
I am a 21 year old Australian female Law student with a rapidly mounting secret passion for fanfiction. Rikkitsune is my pen name and it is a combination of my Cub Scout Leader name (Rikki) and 'Kitsune', which we all know is a Japanese fox demon. My father used to call me 'The Fox' when I was a little girl. Pronounce it however you like, but I say it "rick-it-soon".
My fanfiction
I write primarily for the Rurouni Kenshin fandom, but lately I have been experimenting with Labyrinth as well. I have an LJ community that hosts my fiction: rikkis_fanfics. Joining is completely optional, but snippets of my unpublished work will be visible only to community members.
I also have a personal archive for one of my Rurouni Kenshin stories: Goldtipped Arrow. It was created for me by a very generous fan of the story. If you're interested, click here to go to the Wish archive.

My best friend ice_cool_dragon and I recently created a community called fanficaholics. Our objective is to compile a comprehensive fanfiction recommendations list that caters to a wide variety of fandoms. We need as many members as possible to do this, so pop on over and have a look, maybe even join up!
triumvirata is a fanfiction writer's community, where all of us aspiring writers get together and bounce ideas off each other. It is home to such big names from the Rurouni Kenshin fandom as: Ravyn, Dragonsdaughter, Jane Drew, Linay, Indygodusk, Nekotsuki, Blue Jeans, and Lady Shiin. The community accepts good writers from ALL fandoms, so apply for membership if you're interested!
snarky_ffff, is an infamous summary shredding community. It's where us snarky authoresses/fanfic readers congregate and tear apart BAD fanfiction summaries. It's good for a bit of comic relief. labyfic is a fanfiction community dedicated to the Labyrinth fandom. There are regular monthly fiction challenges that really test your skills as a writer. The girls over there are extremely friendly and supportive, so if you've ever considered giving Labyrinth fiction a go, this is the community for you!

My real life
My limited spare time is taken up with my law degree, reading, writing, bellydancing, being a Cub Scout Leader and showing dogs. I have a two English Staffordshire Bull Terriers who are the great loves of my life. I also love to travel and have been to many different countries across Asia, the Pacific Islands and the Oceania region.
